Breakfast has got to be one of my favorite meals. Who am I kidding? I love every meal! The best part about this recipe is it tastes like dessert and its good for you… aka #guiltfree
This smoothie bowl is :
- ridiculously easy to make
- vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free
- rich, dark and chocolate-y
- made with just 4-6 ingredients (depending on how fancy you want to get)
- satisfies the sweet tooth, guilt-free
- packed with tons of vitamins and minerals

INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 medium ripened bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1-2 cups of frozen berries
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 scoop of your favorite Vegan protein powder (click for $10 off my favorite)
- dash of cinnamon
- 4 dates
- 2 cups almond milk
Extra boosts if you are feeling ambitious:
- 1 scoop of green powder (click for $10 off my obsession)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder*
- Superfood boost of Ashwagandha, Maca, Turmeric, or Matcha
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary. This will take a few minutes.
- When you get a smooth, creamy mixture, scrape into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings

- Coconut shreds
- Chia seeds
- Granola
- Berries
- 1/2 banana
- Peanut Butter
- Oatmeal
