For delectable Vanilla Maple Marshmallows, start b For delectable Vanilla Maple Marshmallows, start by blooming 1/2 cup of gelatin (I recommend the @perfectsupplements brand code: plantingseeds10) in a mixing bowl with 1 cup of filtered water. Meanwhile, heat 3/4 cup of water, 1/2-3/4 cup of maple syrup, 1/2-1 tsp of vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of salt in a pot over medium-high heat, stirring to combine (approximately 5-10 minutes).⠀
⠀
Next, mix the bloomed gelatin on low in a mixer and slowly pour in the syrup mixture. Gradually increase the speed to high and mix until it thickens and looks shiny, which typically takes about 6 minutes. Quickly scoop the mixture into a parchment-lined 9x13 pan, as it sets up quickly.⠀
⠀
Let the marshmallows sit in the fridge for a few hours before cutting them into squares. To make them less sticky, toss them in arrowroot powder or powdered sugar. Enjoy these treats on their own, with your coffee, or add them to a nourishing hot cocoa beverage! ☕️⠀

I always want to start off my day with an immunity I always want to start off my day with an immunity shot but let’s be honest, I have zero time to juice. ⠀

On a day you have a few extra minutes, juice some orange, lemon, ginger & turmeric root. Then add a large splash of ACV and Redmonds sea salt. ⠀

Freeze overnight and in the AM or whenever you are feeling like you need an extra immunity boost, pop out a cube or two and pour hot water to melt. 💕⠀

I didn’t measure any ingredients as usual but I guestimated for those who need exact measurements. I am more of a taste-as-I-go chef. ⠀

Sourdough - add dark chocolate chunks on 2nd rise, proof with cinnamon, sea salt, and sugar crust, and bake as usual⠀
⠀
Caramel Honey Butter🧈⠀
⠀
Calling it caramel because it truly tastes just like dreamy caramel butter.⠀
⠀
⠀
Ingredients:⠀
⠀
Just less than 1 stick (3.5 oz) grass-fed salted butter⠀
3-4 Tbsp raw local honey ⠀
1/2 tsp Redmonds salt⠀
⠀
Directions:⠀
⠀
Prepare a large bowl with an ice bath, and place a smaller bowl on top of the ice bath. Set aside.⠀
In a small pan over medium heat, add butter and melt.⠀
⠀
Once melted whisk butter continuously until the butter has browned. Keep an eye on it as this can happen quickly!⠀
⠀
Once the butter is brown, immediately transfer it to the small bowl with honey and salt over the ice bath. Whisk whisk whisk, your arm is going to get a workout. ⠀
⠀
Whisk the butter mixture in the small bowl over the ice bath until the butter becomes light in color and has a whipped consistency. Taste it and notice your eyes roll back in ecstasy⠀
⠀
Once the bread has cooked and rested, cut yourself a generous slice and slather on the most delicious butter you have ever had!!! Yes my love, you just made that all by yourself! You are a diva and deserve another slice. ⠀

Gut & Immune Gummy Recipe: 💪🏽🍊⠀ ⠀ 1 c Gut & Immune Gummy Recipe: 💪🏽🍊⠀

1 cup Vitamin C Juice or any juice you prefer⠀
4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (the one I use is in my bio)⠀
⠀
*If your juice is not sweet, you may want to add honey. ⠀
⠀
Put the juice in a saucepan⠀
⠀
Sprinkle the gelatin in an even layer over the top and allow it to sit for a min⠀
⠀
Then quickly whisk until the gelatin is dissolved⠀
⠀
Turn the burner on low-medium heat and stir gently until the mixture is warm but not boiling.⠀
⠀
Pour into a glass pan or fun gummy molds ⠀
⠀
Put in the fridge for min 1-2 hrs ⠀
⠀
⠀
When looking for gelatin, I prioritize organic and grass-fed brands. Everyone has their own opinions on gelatin, I enjoy including it in my diet and love the amino acid profile + balance it provides for a meat-inclusive diet. It’s *especially* helpful if you’re not prioritizing nose-to-tail eating and provides a good dose of glycine, which can contribute to good sleep, solid gut lining, and healthy joints, to name a few.⠀

Some gummy tips:⠀
⠀
•practice makes perfect, seriously. If you are struggling with getting all the gelatin stirred in, make sure it’s really thinly spread and play around with different bloom times for different brands⠀
⠀
•you can always adjust the gelatin serving up or down by about a tablespoon - more for firmer gummies, and less for more jello-like texture⠀
⠀
•if your gelatin gummies taste beefy, chances are they didn’t cook for quite long enough⠀
⠀
•to avoid spilling everywhere as you gently put in the fridge, one tip that has helped me is to let them sit on your counter for 10 min to “set” before putting them in the fridge⠀
